SafeNest AI cameras are designed for personal home monitoring and security awareness. You are responsible for using the product in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including privacy and recording laws in your jurisdiction.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 90 days of delivery at [email protected] to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Warranty

SafeNest AI products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification.

Limitation of Liability

SafeNest AI is a home monitoring aid and is not a substitute for professional security services or law enforcement. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs regardless of camera operation.
